Shipping Policy

Effective as of January 1, 2025. By placing an order with Adorned by Abii LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Wigs & Hair Products: Processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom Wigs & Made-to-Order Products: Processing time ranges from 7–21 business days, depending on complexity. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship via USPS and offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: Available upon request (additional charges apply)

Please note: Delivery estimates begin once USPS takes possession of the package. Adorned by Abii LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected method.

  • Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $500.

  • International orders: Rates vary by location and weight. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties.

4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Track your package via the USPS website.

  • All orders require signature confirmation for added security. If unavailable at delivery, please arrange redelivery or pick-up with USPS.

  • Tracking info may take up to 48 hours to update. Please wait before reaching out.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Adorned by Abii LLC is not liable for packages once marked as shipped. If your package is marked "Delivered" but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Visit your local post office

  • Contact USPS to file a claim

Delays caused by the carrier are outside our control; we appreciate your patience.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees apply.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.

7. International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Customs may delay your order. These delays are beyond our control.

  • Some regions may have restrictions — please verify before placing an order.

8. Damaged Items & Shipping Issues

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

  • Refunds and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • Custom wigs and used products are final sale and non-refundable.
