Before You Book

  • Please book at least 5 days in advance to avoid rush fees and ensure availability.

  • Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

  • You have a 30-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled. Rescheduling is only possible if the calendar allows.

  • To cancel without losing your deposit, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will forfeit your deposit.

  • No guests or children are allowed unless they are also being serviced.

  • We accept Cash, Card, PayPal, and Zelle. (Note: Processing fees are waived for Cash and Zelle.)

    • Arrive on time

    • Come with a positive attitude

    • Eat or bring food and drinks (they're welcome!)

    • Cancel if you’re feeling unwell

    • Double-check that you’ve booked the correct service — incorrect bookings may require rescheduling.
