Return Policy
Effective as of January 1, 2025
At Adorned by Abii LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
1. General Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on wigs, hair extensions, or hair services.
Exchanges may be allowed on eligible items (see Section 3) within 3 days of delivery.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved exchanges.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Custom or Made-to-Order Wigs – These are handcrafted to your specific preferences and are non-resellable.
Used or Altered Products – Any items that have been worn, washed, cut, dyed, styled, or tampered with.
Hair Services – Once a service is completed, it is non-refundable. However, if you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 48 hours to request a service adjustment.
Final Sale Items – Products marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange may be accepted if:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
The exchange request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the order
The item received was defective or incorrect due to our error
Note: All approved exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless due to an error on our part.
4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
Email us at contact@adornedbyabii.com with your order number, the item in question, and your reason for the exchange.
If approved, we will send return instructions. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving approval.
Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange, minus the 20% restocking fee (if applicable).
If the item does not meet our eligibility criteria, the exchange will not be processed, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Initiated Exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable method.
Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the item. If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or eligible exchange.
7. Cancellations & Order Modifications
Custom Wigs: Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, no changes can be made.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Cancellations must be made before the order ships. Once shipped, the sale is final.
8. Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee is applied to all approved exchanges.
This fee is deducted from the value of the exchanged item.
Exchanges made due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item) are exempt from this fee.
