Booking Policy & Procedures
Thank you for choosing Abii the Weavephenatic! Before booking your appointment, please review the following policy carefully. By booking, you agree to the terms below.
1. Guests & Children
No children or extra guests are allowed unless they are also receiving a service.
Clients who arrive with small children will be asked to reschedule.
Any additional guests must wait elsewhere during your appointment.
2. Appointment Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
This email will include the location and contact number for your service.
Please confirm your appointment by submitting your non-refundable deposit at that time.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, but will be applied to your total balance.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
If you choose to reschedule, your deposit will automatically transfer to your new date.
Please be 100% sure you can attend before booking.
4. Punctuality
Please arrive on time to your appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled without refund.
5. Cancellations & No Shows
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance or your deposit will be forfeited.
No call / no shows will be charged an additional $20 rebooking fee if booking again.
Clients who miss two appointments without proper notice will be blocked from booking online.
6. Responsibility for Booking
Clients are responsible for booking their appointments correctly and accurately.
If a date is provided via email or text, it is still your responsibility to complete the booking online.
Abii is not responsible for missed or incorrectly booked appointments.
7. Hair Health Disclaimer
Abii is not liable for issues caused by previous damage, including heat or chemical treatments, especially if not disclosed in advance.
Abii will not perform services that may compromise the integrity of your hair, such as braiding freshly relaxed hair—even at your request.
Any necessary repairs or follow-up appointments must be booked by the client.
8. Booking the Correct Service
It is essential that you book the exact service you need.
For example:If you need a Lace Closure Install (2.5 hours) but book a Quickweave (1 hour), your appointment will be rescheduled.
If the service you want is unavailable, please choose the next available date.
9. Coloring Extensions Before Appointment
If you'd like to have your extensions colored before your appointment, please email contact@adornedbyabii.com as soon as you receive your confirmation.
A color service price list will be provided.
10. Repairs & Maintenance
Free installation repairs may be offered within the first week of install (at Abii’s discretion).
After that, all repairs are considered maintenance services.
Lace and silk-based closures should be maintained every 3 weeks.
Installs should not be worn for more than 2.5 months to prevent breakage and promote healthy growth.
Closure tightening is limited to 2 sessions per install to protect your hairline.
11. Bundles & Pricing
3 bundles are standard for an install.
Each additional bundle after the third incurs a $25 fee.

Final Note
By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies and procedures outlined above. Any breach that results in cancellation will not be refunded.
